Frozen items will be in a glass-front freezer that has a health-safety lockout. The Food and Frozen items will be placed in product organizers and pushers when possible. Cold drinks will be in glass-front coolers with product pushers to keep items in the front. A kiosk will scan out product and take payment. A DVR with 4-6 cameras will monitor activity.
